Οι ιστορίες της Αναστασίας και της Κατερίνας είναι γραμμένες και αφιερωμένες σ’ εκείνους που η ψυχή τους πάλλεται από ευαισθησία και σε όσους φυλάνε με φροντίδα στη μνήμη τους όλα τα γεγονότα που χάραξαν το δρόμο της ζωής τους. Το σχήμα και η συνολική εμφάνιση του βιβλίου έχουν προσαρμοστεί σ’ ένα νοσταλγικό μοτίβο, που είναι σε αρμονία με το περιεχόμενο των κειμένων. Οι όποιες εξαιρέσεις στο στιλ της γραφής, απλώς αποτελούν σημεία επαφής με τη σημερινή πραγματικότητα, όπου το παρελθόν ζει στο παρόν…
Ballads of the Night
The stories of Anastasia and Katerina are written and dedicated to those whose soul trembles by sensitivity and to those who keep with care deep in their memory all the events that have shaped their life. The shape and overall appearance of the book have been adapted to a nostalgic pattern, that is in harmony with the content of the book. Any exceptions to the style of writing are merely points of contact with today’s reality, where the past lives in the present.
Θροΐσματα και Ψίθυροι
Μέσα σε κάθε άνθρωπο υπάρχει ένας κρυμμένος ήλιος που μπορεί να λάμψει, να φωτίσει, να ζεστάνει χιλιάδες κόσμους αν βρεθεί στις σωστές και κατάλληλες συνθήκες. Κάθε ένας από μας είναι μια πολλαπλότητα, μια τελειότητα, μια εικόνα και ομοίωση. Η αγάπη και επιθυμία για ολοκλήρωση, κάποιες στιγμές δεν μπορούν να συγκρατήσουν τον άνθρωπο στη γη. Ο ουρανός τότε γίνεται η ελπίδα του. Γι αυτό κι εγώ προσπάθησα να οραματιστώ τον ουρανό περνώντας μέσα απ’ τα θροΐσματα και τους ψιθύρους αυτού του βιβλίου.
Whispering and Thrustling
Within every man there is a hidden sun that can shine, illuminate, warm up thousands of worlds if it finds itself under proper conditions. Each person is a multiplicity, a perfection, an image and a likeness. Love and the desire for completeness, sometimes cannot tie people on the earth. The sky then becomes their hope. That’s why I tried to visualize the sky by passing through the thrustling and the whispers of this book.
Πριν γεννηθώ
Η Εύα Σολδάτου είναι μια ποιήτρια που θρηνεί για την ύπαρξη. Χωρίς να είναι η ποίησή της άκρως αισιόδοξη, κυριαρχείται από τον υπόγειο ήχο μίας αδιόρατης χορδής που χτυπά σαν μοίρα πίσω από τα ανθρώπινα. Το τελεσίδικο του μετρήσιμου χρόνου, η ανελέητη φθορά των σωμάτων, η απέλπιδα ματιά στον προδότη καθρέφτη που μας λυγίζει και μας δικάζει, ο έρωτας μου συνεχώς δραπετεύει πίσω από μιαν αδιάφορη για τα πάθη μας φύση είναι τα θέματα που συγκροτούν μια ποίηση λιτή, ευθύβολη και φορτισμένη με ελεγχόμενο πάθος. Αυτή η ιδιόρρυθμη εκκρεμότητα στο υπαρξιακό κενό καθιστά την υλοποίηση της στοχαστική και εν τέλει νηφάλια, όσο νηφάλια μπορεί να είναι η βαρύτητα του ζήν.
Peaceful Incompleteness
Eve Soldatos is a poet who mourns for nature. Her poetry is not particularly optimistic and is dominated by the reiterating sound of an indescribable string that strikes as fate behind humanity. The irreversibility of measurable time, the merciless destruction of the bodies, the desperate look at the betraying mirror that bends and punishes us, love that constantly escapes behind an indifferent for our passions nature, are composing the theme that makes up a poetry simple, straightforward and charged with controlled passion. Eve Soldatos is experiencing the world, the nature and humanity, with a peculiar spirit. She accepts the world, but at the same time, faces everything as if from the shore of an exile, a pre-existential land that is nostalgic but at the same time hostile. This peculiar pendulum in the existential vacuum makes her poetry thoughtful and ultimately sober, as sober as the gravity of the life can be..
